I'm looking for a bookmarking service (like delicious) that has a few key features.  There's so many out there that I'm far too lazy to try them all to see which fits, so I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend one and save me some time.

What I'm looking for is a service that has the following features:
- Collects webpages (just like bookmarks)
- Can make a page accessible for offline viewing (just like ReadItLater)
- Can collect images (much like DA faves)
- Can make collected images available through an RSS feed (much like DA faves)
- Does not require a paid subscription.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi. I came to your deviant site because I want to thank you the "Quick Guide to Inkscape", and seen this. I recomend you Springpad too.

Do you use iPhone or Android? I have been using Gnotes months ago and it send anything you take (photo, sound, text, ...) directly to your Gmail account. Incredible that Google doesn't give that functionality, ever in Google Keep.

;-)

Oh, I just see that this subject is two years away... Sorry XD

you might want to check out the following services:

Diigo @ [link]

or

Springpad @ [link]

Not completely sure if they both meet your listed features, but I've
been happy with them. I recently switched everything I had at Evernote.com
to Springpad. I like it alot better.

I had tried Diigo, but whilst you could bookmark images, you can't really treat them as an image. I think you get that functionality if you pay for Diigo.

I've actually found Zootool which I'm now using.

It's free (but does have a pay-what-you-feel premium option) and can collect both images, pages and videos. It doesn't have an offline reading functionality, but you can tie it into other services for that. I don't think it has RSS feeds either, but it does have JSON which will also work to let me access my collected images.

I've heard people use Zootool with Evernote, so if you're recommending Springpad then I'll definitely have to check it out.

Thanks for the suggestions. I really appreciate it.

I've been meaning to check out zootool. I've never found one site that does it all, but for me, Springpad comes close. When I get design ideas, I tend to be away from a computer so I just email springpad from my phone. I know other services do that, but I like springpad's web interface better than Evernote and Diigo.

Cheers.

Zootool doesn't have any note taking abilities. It's just for bookmarking, so it won't replace Springpad.

I'll definitely be giving Springpad a try as I also need something to keep notes in. I currently use the notes functionality in Opera--a grossly outdated and underdeveloped feature.
